A Brooklyn man opened fire on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach and was aiming at a woman who had been stripping at his hotel room. She offered the man a private dance but left when the he wanted to have sex. Tremain Christopher Weekes, 23, was later arrested after investigators staked out the hotel where it all started.
