Little is known about this shootout that took place on March 5th in St. Louis but the CCTV footage shows a man with saggy pants is seen creeping around a car when another man pulls out an AR-15.
The saggy pants individual pulls out a handgun and a shootout ensues.
The man with the handgun gets shot in the legs.
It seems it may have been a thwarted car jacking.
