This creepy hipster with an ‘I’m Vaccinated’ badge walked around Kohls to find people without masks and point at them. He kept following these women around and pointing while claiming his wife is a doctor who specializes in infectious diseases. If this was true you would figure she would have neutralized this disease harassing people.
