The man was filmed by body-cam just sitting quietly outside a bar on a bench, waiting for an Uber he called because he had a few too man.
The officer questions the man and asks for confirmation of the Uber call, which the man rightfully refuses.
The man is then cuffed by the officer for failing to comply with the order.
